Process
Lavoro Development,
Inc., is directly involved in "ground-up new development" as well as renovation
and conversion of existing properties into new use, or "re-development." The
processes for both involve progressive steps that ensure zoning and site
conditions which allow the property to be developed as envisioned.
Feasibility Period

Conduct market studies and financial analysis

property under contract to purchase with due diligence period

Preliminary planning with architect and municipality

Conduct necessary site-specific studies including survey, environmental
reports, and geo-tech soils report
- Work
closely with construction team to value engineer the project
Entitlement

Conduct required public meetings with a design review board & consultants

Obtain a Master Use Permit (MUP) or equivalent

Receive demolition, grading, building and all other necessary permits
Construction

Oversee the general contractor ensuring maximum value achieved

Market the project for sale or lease
