DayBreak at Issaquah Ridge

DayBreak is a 90-unit condominium project with lovely views from its perch above Issaquah. The 3-story construction style is known fondly as a "woody-walk-up," as the resident accesses his or her flat by walking up (or down, depending on the grade) open air stairs. The project targeted the first-time home buyer and was Lavoro's first foray into multi-family real estate.
