The Hawthorne

The Hawthorne Apartments in Mill Creek is a 284-unit apartment complex built between 2002-2004. It was designed to be slightly under the market leader, a project now known as The Reserve. However, The Hawthorne achieved nearly identical rents with lower  construction costs making it a success, especially given the weak rental market at the time of completion. The Hawthorne was sold to United Dominion Realty Trust in 2005.
