Maple Creek

Developing Maple Creek, a 17-lot Covington, was almost an afterthought. Not being single-family residential builders, its value wasn't automatically recognized. However, while working on the adjacent property developing the Sanctuary project, Maple Creek's value became apparent. In the end, contacting the owner, negotiating the purchase, and taking the plat from land-locked raw land to finished lots turned out to be a very profitable venture.

Maple Creek was sold to Harbour Homes in 2007.
