The Kennedy Building
The City of Seattle transportation management staff warned us that
the Kennedy would be built on the busiest street in
town outside of the downtown core: 45th Ave NE in the University District. Working closely with the City, we
were able to build the 125-unit apartment building (with a limited amount of
street-level commercial) under budget with little disturbance of the
neighborhood.
The Kennedy was sold at occupancy to United Dominion Realty Trust.
