The Sanctuary

Covington Center now sits in part on the former site of a small church facility. In order to reach an agreement with the congregation to purchase their property and move them to a new location, we agreed to find and purchase property, carry it through the extensive conditional use permit process, engineer the property, and built the infra-structure.

We named the project The Sanctuary; it is the current site of the Covington Jehovah's Witness facility on SE 256th.
