Olympic View Playground

After the PTA at Olympic View Elementary raised the money for the purchase and installation of a new playground, it thought it was home-free. Unfortunately, the school district owns the playground, and it had its own list of requirements that threatened to double the cost.

Lavoro consulted with the PTA and school district to examine the situation, devised a cost-effective alternative, worked for approval of the alternative, and then brought together volunteer and low-cost resources to implement the solution. As a result, Olympic View PTA saved $15,000 and came in on-time and under-budget.
